Our current areas of interest are in engineering/manufacturers and specialist service providers. Our typical scale of business opportunity that we consider is from £500,000 to £2m turnover. Profitable as well as stressed businesses are of interest to us.

Funding an acquisition will depend on each opportunity and we recognise that different sellers want different things. We look at a number of deal structure tailored to provide a satisfactory result for vendor and KBS Inc
